Problem Discovery - Hospitals and Nursing

After Visiting the Westmead Children's Hospital, and after group discussion, we discovered a problem that was very apparent in hospitals, especially wards, was the Nurses tasks, such as patient information filing, double documentation, sounds from beeping assistance alarms and Iv drips, and the large amount of wasted paper work.
